Public product feedback

Feedback for every product you ship.

Give each product a board, a roadmap, and a changelog on its own subdomain. Customers post ideas and bugs, upvote what matters, and watch the work move.

01 — Board

One list. Ideas, bugs, and everything else.

Visitors open a request, pick Idea, Bug, or Other, and write a title with a rich description. Anyone can upvote. Sort by recent, or by the tickets with the most votes. Signed-in authors stay attached to what they posted.

02 — Roadmap

The same tickets, on a rail.

Each ticket sits in New, Planned, In progress, QA, or Completed. Open one and the discussion, status, and author stay with it. The public roadmap is the board, just seen as columns.

03 — Changelog

Ship notes, not a second product.

Admins publish changelog posts from the desk. Everyone else reads them as a simple log of what changed. Sign-in is an email code, and that session works on the account site and on every product subdomain.
